INTRO TO CYCLE THERAPY
Are you new to spin? This class will give you a chance to learn all the spin basics before taking our advanced CT spin class. Get your feet wet. You wont regret it! 50 min

Lose weight and keep in shape while dancing to some of your favorite hits. This choreographed class is designed to give you a workout while learning sultry dance moves that you'll take to your next night out on the town. 45 min
FIT A.F. 30/30
When the Fosters link up, you get one crazy class with two awesome instructors that will leave you PUMPED AF! 30 minutes of strength training with Aniya and 30 minutes of rhythmic cycling with Aaron. 60 min
If you're looking for a quick PUMP up before taking spin, this class is the way to go! Pump offers slow strength training which includes free weights, body weight and resistance bands. 30 min
Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training choreographed to soulful music. You'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. 45 min
A Well favorite! Metafit is a body weight-only, non-choreographed, HIIT workout. The program was created over a decade ago by a Royal Marine Commando in Australia. 30 min
Aniya is known for her abs, so this class is sure to be a treat. Filled with planks, crunches and other abdominal exercises, Killer Kore will set your abs on fire. 30 min

What better way to maximize 60 minutes of your day than 3 different workouts. In this class WE RIDE, WE RUN, WE LIFT WEIGHTS. This combination will help you achieve the results you desire. 60 min
You're sure to be soaked after this class. Quickly rotate between jump rope, abs, weights and cardio stations to get the most efficient burn in a short amount of time. Don't be fooled, this isn't your average jump rope around the park. 30 min
With intervals of agility exercises, strength training and cardiovascular conditioning, Boot Camp will challenge every muscle in the body! It wont be easy but, its worth it! Catch this indoor/outdoor class wave. 50 min
Sculpt at the Well
This strength training class is focused on sculpting the body using barbells, free weights, battle ropes and more! Submerge yourself in this class with first thing in the morning to shape you for the day.
